How does Rewards Hub work?Rewards Hub allows you to earn rewards when you shop with our partner retailers. Earn rewards by simply shopping instore or online (through the Rewards Hub portal) using a linked debit or credit card. Use the Rewards Hub portal to find partner retailers, check your balance and transaction history, and redeem your cashback.

What is Rewards Hub?Rewards Hub is an easy way for Resimac customers to earn rewards on their everyday shopping. Simply earn rewards on eligible spend at partner retailers and get cashback deposited into your Resimac loan account.

Why do you need my card details?By using your linked card to pay instore and online, partner retailers recognise you as a Rewards Hub member so you can earn rewards. Don’t forget to use the retailer links in the Rewards Hub portal when you're shopping online to make sure you get your reward.

Are there any fees associated with Rewards Hub?There are no fees to members except a small transaction fee of $0.30 when you cashout to help us cover our costs.

Are my card details secure?Rewards Hub does not store any card details. Your card information is tokenised securely in real time (so we never see your card information).

Where can I earn rewards?You can earn rewards at a wide range of partner retailers. They are subject to change so remember to check the Rewards Hub portal for current partner retailers.

Can I start shopping and earning rewards right away?Yes, you can start shopping and earning rewards as soon as you sign up to Rewards Hub.

What do I have to do to get rewards?Simply shop at partner retailers instore or online (via the Rewards Hub portal) using one of your linked debit or credit cards to earn rewards. Don't forget to check the T&Cs of the offer (using the dropdown on the partner retailer page)!

Where can I see a list of my earned rewards?Check your rewards balance and transaction history in the Rewards Hub portal. Just head to My Account > Transactions.

How long until a reward appears in my Rewards Hub account?Most transactions will be tracked and displayed in the Rewards Hub portal straight away but some can take up to five business days.

How much is the reward?The reward varies by retailer (so it's important to check the T&Cs!) but it's typically between 0.5-20% of the overall transaction amount. Please note that some partner retailers exclude delivery fees and GST when calculating your reward. Refer to partner retailer T&Cs in the Rewards Hub portal.

Where can I see the Terms and Conditions of each partner retailer?For individual partner retailer T&Cs, check their page on the Rewards Hub portal.

Why is my rewards transaction marked as “pending”?Check the status of your rewards in My Account > Transactions. Depending on the T&Cs of partner retailers, some rewards can take several weeks to clear (partner retailers align this to their returns window). For example, if you purchase a flight ticket with a partner retailer, your reward may not be available until your trip is complete.

What do I do if I didn’t get my rewards?
- Check the Rewards Hub portal and confirm that you made a transaction at a current partner retailer (they are subject to change).
- Check that you paid using a debit or credit card linked to your Rewards Hub account (and not via PayPal or Afterpay).
- Remember that it can take three to five days to see a transaction in the Rewards Hub portal.

What if I can't see my transaction in the Rewards Hub portal?
- Check the Rewards Hub portal and confirm that you made a transaction at a current partner retailer (they are subject to change).

Is there a difference between online and instore retailers?Yes! Rewards Hub have separate agreements with partner retailers for online and instore purchases which means an online retailer may not offer rewards on instore purchases or vice versa. Remember to check the Rewards Hub portal before you shop for current instore and online rewards.

How do I link my payment card?Click on My Account (top right of the Rewards Hub portal) > Card (on the left menu) > Add card. You can add up to five (5) cards.

Can I add a second payment card to Rewards Hub?Yes.! You can add up to five debit or credit cards to Rewards Hub (any Mastercard or Visa card from an Australian bank or credit union).

Which payment cards and which banks are supported? What about Apple Pay and Google Pay?You can link any debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa card) from an Australian bank or credit union. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to an Australian Mastercard or Visa card.

Is PayPal supported?No but you can link any debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa card) from an Australian bank or credit union. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to an Australian Mastercard or Visa card.

Will I still earn airline frequent flyer points and bank rewards loyalty points?Yes! When you use Rewards Hub you'll still earn any other rewards you're entitled to, including frequent flyer points.

Can I use Cash Rewards or ShopBack?No, but you can link any debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa card) from an Australian bank or credit union. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to an Australian Mastercard or Visa card.

Is Afterpay, Klarna and other Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers supported?No, but you can link any debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa card) from an Australian bank or credit union. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to an Australian Mastercard or Visa card.

When can I cash out my rewards balance?You can start shopping and earning rewards as soon as you sign up to Rewards Hub, and you can send your rewards to your nominated bank account for cashback when you have a rewards balance of $30 or more. Your nominated bank account must be a Resimac loan account.

How do I cash out my rewards?
- Link your nominated bank account in your Rewards Hub account at My account (top right) > Redemptions > Add your bank account details (half way down the screen).
- On the Redemptions page, click Cash out. Or you can click on the Cash out button on the dashboard when you sign in.
Your nominated bank account must be a Resimac loan account, you can find your Resimac BSB and Account Number by logging into internet banking or mobile app. Remember you can cash out when you have $30 or more of cleared rewards. Check the status of transactions in Transactions > My account and the T&Cs of partner retailers in the Rewards Hub portal. -
How will the cashback appear in my bank statement?Your cashback will appear in your bank statement as "Covalent API Pty Rewards Hub Cashback". Covalent API are our technology partner.

How do I leave Rewards Hub?Please contact us via email at customercare@resimac.com.au or call us on 1300 764 447 and we will close your Rewards Hub account. If you close your account, you will forfeit any pending rewards and any reward balances that have not been cashed out.
^ Resimac Rewards Hub requires you to link a compatible Mastercard or Visa to collect cashback rewards when you shop at participating retailers. Rewards credits are collected and stored in your Rewards Hub account and can be accessed once your rewards account balance is $30.00. Your Rewards Hub account must be linked to an eligible Resimac mortgage account. This is exclusively available to Resimac borrowers with a current home loan. If your loan settled more than four weeks ago and you have not received an email with your Rewards Hub account information, please email your name and loan account details to customercare@resimac.com.au.
