Board of Directors

Duncan is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced non-executive director and currently chairman of ICM Limited, an international fund manager. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

 

 

Susan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA from the University of Cape Town. Susan has 35 years of experience including a Big Four Accounting firm and an investment bank (financial analysis and risk assessment). Susan is a Principal of a financial training organisation based in New Zealand.

Wayne has over 25 years experience in executive management, leadership and corporate governance at Board level. He has occupied a series of leadership roles in a large international law firm across many centers including Australia and New York. He was previously the Managing Partner for an international law firm in Australia from 2012 to 2020. Wayne was a Board member and former Chairman of the University of Cape Town Trust Australia, and is currently a Board member of the Asia Society Australia. He has been a member of the Business Council of Australia (2012-2021) and was a Councillor of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2020.
