Executive Leadership Team
As the CEO of Resimac Group, Scott is responsible for managing the overall day to day operations of the organisation, its people and resources and ensures the implementation of the strategy agreed with the Board. Scott has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. This includes holding senior roles in debt capital markets for Deutsche Bank in both London and Sydney and with Citibank. Scott has been with the Resimac Group for 15 years, initially as Head of Funding and Investments, followed by Chief Operating Officer and then CEO since 2013.
Jason joined the Resimac group in July 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Resimac, Jason held senior finance roles in private equity in London with Fortress and 3i. Since relocating to Australia in 2011, Jason’s extensive retail banking experience includes senior leadership roles at Bankwest and Macquarie. Jason is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Danielle commenced with Resimac in 2016 to integrate the two companies at the time of merger between RESIMAC and Homeloans Ltd. Danielle is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the group’s governance, compliance and risk framework; people, culture and transformation and for the operational teams within Australia and Manila. Danielle has several senior roles in ASX Listed entities within financial services, gaming, wagering and telecommunications. Danielle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and certified with the Governance Institute and Columbia University Business School.
Andrew joined Resimac’s Treasury team in 2004 and oversees the funding and capital programme. Andrew has a long association with Resimac, initially as the company's securitisation banker while working in the Global Securitised Markets team at Citigroup. At Citi, Andrew managed the off-balance sheet securitisation conduit providing wholesale financing for a mix of trade receivables borrowers, mortgage warehouse programmes, including Resimac’s, and a proprietary investment portfolio of RMBS. Andrew is a Responsible Manager for Resimac Limited’s Australian Financial Services Licence.
Majid joined Resimac in 2019 with close to two decades of experience in the IT industry. Prior to Resimac, Majid was the General Manager of Strategy and Transformation at RACQ, where he led the launch of RACQ Bank. Having been involved in financial services and insurance industry since 2005, Majid has held senior positions in Westpac Bank (Head of IT Strategy and Architecture) and St. George Bank (Head of Architecture). Prior to his career in the financial services industry, Majid was involved in R&D and product development for Canon.
Louise commenced with Resimac in 2022 as Chief Customer Officer. She is responsible for customer experience, distribution, product, marketing and brand. With over 15 years’ experience in financial services, Louise has held a range of leadership roles, including the Chief Customer Officer for MLC Life Insurance in Australia and KPMG Partner & Head of Customer Transformation in the UK. As a not-for-profit Board Director, Louise is also passionate about human rights, environmental sustainability and the arts. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and lectures at the University of Sydney in leadership and transformation
General Management Group
Tim joined Resimac in 2020 to lead the marketing function. As General Manager Marketing, he oversees the marketing across all the brands in the Group. Tim has over 20 years’ experience driving growth by shifting consumers perceptions of brands and influencing customer experience through product and technology. He has held a range of leadership roles spanning start-up, scale-up and multinational businesses, across multiple industries including financial services, on client-side, agency-side and within digital media.
Daniel joined Resimac in 2006 and as General Manager Distribution, oversees the distribution of our mortgage products in the Direct, Broker and Wholesale channels. Prior to joining Resimac, Daniel held various positions with Citibank, ME Bank and Bank of Queensland and has over 25 years’ experience in Banking and Finance. Daniel is graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Responsible Manager for Resimac Limited’s Australian Credit Licence.
Anny joined Resimac’s Treasury team in 2019 and has responsibility for the Group’s funding and capital programme. Prior to joining Resimac, Anny gained extensive experience advising issuers, including Resimac and other participants, in connection with domestic and offshore securitisation. She also covered bond and debt capital markets transactions as a practising lawyer in senior roles at King & Wood Mallesons. Anny holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. Anny is a Responsible Manager for Resimac Limited’s Australian Financial Services Licence.
Luke joined Resimac in 2019 as the country head of New Zealand. Luke has been part of New Zealand’s Banking and Financial Services industry since 1997 across retail, business, corporate and commercial segments; including involvement with major trading banks as well as the non-bank market. He held a senior role in the establishment of New Zealand’s peer-to-peer fintech market, as CEO of the country’s largest peer-to-peer mortgage platform.
With more than 15 years’ experience within the business as a BDM, business analyst, and, most recently, heading up product and commercial operations, Chris brings deep expertise to the role of General Manager Distribution. He has been working closely with direct, broker and wholesale distribution to develop products tailored to the various audiences for more than a decade,and has been heavily involved in the implementation of technology solutions to streamline workflows. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts – Communications from Western Sydney University and a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking).
Christina Phan brings 15 years of experience within the banking & financial services industry to her role as General Manager Operations. Having joined Resimac in 2014, she has extensive knowledge and experience within the residential home loans segment, heading up and responsible for the operations function within Resimac spanning settlements, post-settlement loan variation and customer retention and discharges. Most recently, Christina has had a leadership role in the digitalisation of the business, managing key areas such as portfolio migration, implementation of digital documents and electronic signatures. Christina is a Responsible Manager for Resimac’s Credit Licence.
Christine (Tin) pioneered the Manila operations for Homeloans Ltd in 2012 before the merger with Resimac. She brings over 10 years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry to her role, which sees her responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of Resimac’s Philippine-based employees and managing the day-to-day Manila office operations in collaboration with management at the head office. Prior to joining the business, Christine worked at Galilee Solicitors after completing a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Michael Moloney joined the Resimac Group in 2018 as Head of Strategic Acquisitions. His current role is General Manager, Resimac Asset Finance and he continues to have oversight of Resimac’s M&A activity. Prior to joining Resimac, Michael commenced his career as a Corporate Accountant, after which followed a 23-year banking career that included 14 years at Westpac as a Senior Structured Financier and FIG banker. Michael has a Bachelor of Business from QUT, completed his CPA studies in 1996, has been a CFA Charterholder since 2001, and is an Australian Credit Licences Responsible Manager.
Guy commenced with Resimac in 2012 and has overall responsibility for the Lending and Asset Management teams as well as credit policy and underwriting guideline settings. With over 30 years’ experience in the Australian finance industry, Guy has extensive knowledge of residential, small commercial and commercial property finance lending from a credit risk, asset management, and sales and service perspective. Guy is a Responsible Manager for several Resimac Australian Credit Licences.
