The combined Resimac Group was formed in October 2016 when 100% of the share capital of RESIMAC Limited was legally acquired by Homeloans Limited. In November 2018 the company was renamed as Resimac Group Ltd.
Resimac Group Ltd (ASX: RMC) is a leading non-bank lending and multi-channel distribution business within Australia and New Zealand who has been providing residential property finance since 1985. We market home loans under our parent company brand, Resimac, via our distribution network of over 12,000 mortgage brokers in Australia and New Zealand.
We also offer home loan solutions to borrowers directly via our homeloans.com.au brand in Australia and under the Resimac brand in New Zealand.
