Important customer update regarding cheques and deposit booksEffective 26 February 2021, Resimac will be discontinuing cheque and deposit book access to customer loan accounts.
You can continue accessing your account online via https://www.loanenquiry.com.au.
If you have not yet registered for online access to your account, click the 'New user' option to create a new account.
If you are in possession of any cheque books and/or deposit books associated with your account, we ask that you please destroy these on or before 26 February 2021.
Fees and charges may apply if you attempt to use these after 26 February 2021.
We will also cease to accept cheques from you from 26 February 2021.
